Sunday 23 February 2025 at Gold Coast Aquatic Centre, Southport (this is an outdoor venue with limited cover so please bring hats, suncreen and raincoats).

NOMINATIONS

Nominations by Club only, submitted online at RevSport - CLUB Nominations - ASQ Competition 2024/2025 Season

Clubs must log in as Club, not individual membership please.

Clubs to submit details requested on the online form, including team manager contact details, coaches names and to upload athlete nominations on the spreadsheet provided via email to clubs (uploaded in .xls or .xlsx format).

Please follow the nomination instructions provided and ensure all information is correct to faciliate a smooth nomination process.

Nominations close Saturday 8 February at 5pm.

Music and Coach Cards are to be uploaded by the club through their Club Portal by Saturday 8 February at 5pm.

ATHLETE NOMINATION ENTRY FEES

Fees are $15 per event including reserves and figures and will be capped at $45 per athlete for the competition (automatically applied at checkout).

Athletes must individually pay their nomination fees via RevSport - ATHLETE NOMINATION ENTRY FEE - ASQ Competition #04

A card and processing fee of 2.0% + $0.60 AUD applies

Athletes must be registered as a Competitor, and use their membership log in to pay their entry fees.

Athlete Nomination Entry Fees are payable by Wednesday 12 February at 5pm.

VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers are required for our competition to run.

Volunteers are required to be registered members (minimum General Member). If you are not already registered you can register - ASQI Registrations. General Membership is free.

Thank you to those who have volunteered, clubs with insufficient volunteers will be allocated volunteer positions to fill.
