Please note: Club Nominations are only to be submitted by the applicable club official (not individual nominations) by uploading the completed Club nomination form , which can be downloaded from here - Club Nomination Form
Club Nominations will close at 5:00 PM, 3 weeks prior to the competition date
(please check the competition event page for dates applicable to the current competition)
Clubs must also upload to their club portals at least 2 weeks prior to the competition date:
Nomination Guidelines
Clubs Only:
Nominations must be completed by uploading the completed club nomination form which can be downloaded here - Club Nomination Form
Only clubs are permitted to submit nominations - individual athletes cannot submit directly.
Club Login:
To nominate your club, please register as a visitor using your club’s name, not individual registration details. Clubs are asked to ensure all information is entered accurately to help facilitate a smooth nomination process.
If there are any changes to your nominations, please upload a corrected form (highlighting any changes) prior to the close of scratchings and name changes (see event page for dates applicable to the current competition).
Team Manager Details:
Please ensure team manager name, email and phone number are included on the nomination form.
Coach on deck Accreditation:
Please ensure all coaches who will be coaching on deck are listed to ensure they have on deck accreditation to be able to coach on the day of the competition.
