Welcome to the Club Nomination Portal for the Artistic Swimming Queensland 2026-2027 Competition Season. 

Club Nominations

Please download the Club Nomination Form for ASQ Competition #01, complete the form, and upload it as part of your club nomination. Club nominations must be submitted by the relavent club official only.

Club nominations close at 5:00 pm, three (3) weeks prior to each competition date.

Club Nomination Closing Dates

• ASQ Competition #01: Sunday 23 August – 5:00 pm

• ASQ Competition #02: Sunday 27 September – 5:00 pm

• ASQ Competition #03: Sunday 15 November – 5:00 pm

• ASQ Competition #04: Saturday 6 February – 5:00 pm

Entry Limits

• ASQ Competitions #01–#03: Each athlete may enter a maximum of three (3) routine events. Figures are not included in this limit.
• ASQ Competition #04 and the 2027 Queensland Artistic Swimming Championships: Entry limits will be in accordance with the current Artistic Swimming Australia Competition Guidelines.

Athlete Entry Fees

• ASQ Competitions #01–#03: $20.00 per event nomination, plus a $3.00 nomination fee. 
• ASQ Competition #04: $30.00 per event nomation, plus a $3.00 nomination fee.
• 2027 Queensland Artistic Swimming Championships: $40.00 per event nomation, plus a $3.00 nomination fee.

Required Competition Documents

In addition to the Club Nomination Form, clubs must upload the following documents to the Club Portal no later than two (2) weeks prior to the competition date:

• Coach Cards

Nomination Guidelines

Club Registration

To submit a nomination, please register as a Visitor using your club name rather than an individual's registration details. Please ensure all information is entered accurately to assist with the nomination process.

Changes to Nominations

If changes are required after your nomination has been submitted, please upload a revised Club Nomination Form with all changes clearly highlighted and email the ASQ Chief Scorer. Revised nominations must be submitted before the close of scratchings and name changes. Please refer to the relevant competition event page for the applicable dates.

Team Manager Details

Please ensure the Team Manager's name, email address, and phone number are included on the Club Nomination Form.

Coach on Deck Accreditation

Please list all coaches who will be coaching on deck. This information is required to confirm on-deck accreditation for the competition.

Volunteers and Officials

Please include all volunteers and officials from your club who are available to assist at the competition on the Club Nomination Form. This information assists Artistic Swimming Queensland with competition planning, and volunteers and officials will be allocated roles based on the operational requirements of the event.
